Here are the first observations after the Final Workshop:
• A liaison cell or person should be installed in the preparation phase to keep in contact with all relevant stakeholders
• Civil-Military Cooperation should be established in advance for Sudden Onset Disasters as well as sudden emergencies
• Vulnerable groups like disabled persons and migrant communities (language understanding!) needs to be involved
• Integrated exercises with these stakeholders would increase the cooperation significantly
The recommendations will be drafted now and are the next deliverable of project INDIMA.
