Based on the outcomes of the needs assessment and the stakeholder analysis the thematic of the workshops will be defined. Three online workshops are held on the key issues: coordination, legal aspects, and interoperability.

Coordination means the organisation works in a unified manner across departments and with external stakeholders. Communication and Information are supportive processes to coordination (communication means: staff and management stay connected throughout the disaster, information sharing means, vital updates reach staff, residents.
